What was said since a line: late replies, people's answers

What was said after line after: replies that came later and people's answers; documents Texa AI sent after card after_card; screen actions this page should run now (requests). Poll it every few seconds while the chat is open. Pass the last changed as seen: a poll with nothing new is then cheap; fresh=1 reads everything (after a send, and every few polls).
