A signed-out visitor's session, from the account's site key

A session for a visitor who hasn't signed in, from the account's site key (Texa Desk, Developers, Website and app). Live, only from the account's allowed websites; 20 an hour per address. A visitor is never verified, and actions kept for signed-in customers are refused for them.
