Tickets, their types, states, tasks, saved views and reports, on the Texa Desk API.

The same access token as the Application API, in api_access_token. A
ticket is addressed by its number (1001 in AUD-1001), a conversation by its display id.
Read tickets first for what a ticket, a type, a state and a promise are, and who may
do what. Refusals are 422 {"error": "<a sentence to show as it is>"} in the person's language.
