Get a request

GET/public/api/v1/portals/{slug}/texa/requests/{reference}

The row plus open, can_reply, the type's customer fields, and the public messages from every channel. open: false means a sensitive type at the code level: then messages and fields are empty, and your own sign-in (…/identity) opens it. Another customer's reference is 404.
