## 19 Oct 2026

- **[status.texadesk.com](https://status.texadesk.com)**: each part checked every minute, the last 90 days, outages
  found by Texa's checks and incident notes; `status.json?history=1` for machines.
- **Websites as knowledge**: up to 10,000 pages a site (was 30), the first 30 at once and the rest in
  the background.
- **developers.texadesk.com**: the developer documentation moves here from `api.texadesk.com/docs`,
  with every Texa Desk API in the reference, search, and [llms.txt](/llms.txt) for AI coding tools.
  The old addresses redirect.
- **Tickets API and customer portal API** documented, with an [OpenAPI document](/openapi/texa-desk.json)
  covering every Texa Desk family.
- **SDKs published**: Python (`pip install texa`), JavaScript and TypeScript (`@texadesk/sdk`),
  React Native (`@texadesk/react-native`), Go, Swift and PHP, all at 1.0.0. Source at
  [github.com/texadigital/texa-sdks](https://github.com/texadigital/texa-sdks). Java and Flutter
  are coming soon.
- **[Texa AI in your website and app](/guides/website-and-app)**: visitor chats from a site key,
  signing in mid-chat, the customer's own token for your API, files and documents both ways, pages
  Texa AI can open, screen actions, and the masked typing preview for your team.
- **Actions from a documentation page**: no OpenAPI file needed. Texa AI drafts actions from your
  API's documentation, for you to review.
- **[WordPress plugin](/desk/wordpress)** for Texa Desk's live chat.
- **Visitor sessions** answer a wrong site key with `401` and name the field of a malformed request.
- **Live chat**: the website code loads `sdk.js?v=2`. Older code keeps working.

- **Texa Desk is live at texadesk.com**: `desk.texadesk.com`, `api.texadesk.com`,
  `hooks.texadesk.com` and `voice.texadesk.com`. Every guide and SDK uses these addresses.
- **[Live chat guide](/desk/live-chat)**: installing on any website builder, `window.$texa`
  commands, identity validation with server code, events.

## 17 Oct 2026

- **[Tickets](/desk/tickets)**: references, types, states, promises, tasks for other teams, merges,
  links and trackers, complaints registers and regulators' returns, on the Texa Desk API and in
  webhooks (`ticket_created`, `ticket_updated`, `ticket_merged`).
- **[Customer portal](/desk/customer-portal)**: customers sign in with a code and follow their
  requests, in the help centre or your app.
