# Tickets API

Tickets, their types, states, tasks, saved views and reports, on the Texa Desk API.

The same access token as the [Application API](/api-reference/desk), in `api_access_token`. A
ticket is addressed by its **number** (`1001` in `AUD-1001`), a conversation by its display id.

do what. Refusals are `422 {"error": "<a sentence to show as it is>"}` in the person's language.
